Machine introduction :

1.This machine whole body is cast aluminum(whole cast iron can be available) ,with working table moving back and forward to finish the work , feeding height is 50mm standard (higher can be available).

2.3-axis ballscrew transmit , the ballscrew is 1605 , with step motor of 57BYG-311 .

3.AC transformer is 36v300w to supply power , drive is M542-05(Brand name is Leadshine).

4.Inverter brand name is Sunfar , water-cooled brushless variable frequency spindle (800w) .

5.configuration is cylinder round guideway and ballscrew , processing precision can be 0.01mm .

6.Max working speed is 3m .

7.Design software is ArtCAM/Type3 or other CAD/CAM software like AutoCAD . we also have Protel99 and PopperCAM software specially for Printed circuit board design and making .

8.Our machine CNC Control system is NCstudio , you can also choose DSP control (USB interface).
